Chocolate Breakfast Cookies

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 masshed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup ground flax
  • 1 cup gluten free flour or another cup of flax
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix up the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and combine. Stir with a spoon or spatula and mix until smooth.
  • Scoop a table spoon size amount and roll into balls.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
  • Makes 22-24 cookies
