gluten free flour or another cup of flax

olive oil

baking soda

salt
Instructions
Mix up the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and combine. Stir with a spoon or spatula and mix until smooth.
Scoop a table spoon size amount and roll into balls.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 22-24 cookies
