Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 honey
  • 2 maple syrup
  • 2 melted coconut oil
  • 7 flax milk
  • tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender and blend until smooth. Scrape the sides of the blending vessel as needed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small serving dish or a few small ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours and up to 2-3 days. It is delicious alone or top with crushed nuts, coconut flakes or edible flowers.
  2. *Tip. All Johnny Jump-Ups are edible if grown organically. We grow them in our fairy garden and the girls love to pick and eat them. The health benefits are incredible.
