Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender and blend until smooth. Scrape the sides of the blending vessel as needed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small serving dish or a few small ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours and up to 2-3 days. It is delicious alone or top with crushed nuts, coconut flakes or edible flowers.
